Getting to Austin

Out-of-town guests should book flights into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Hotels

We have arranged a block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Austin downtown next to the Convention Center. CLICK HERE to book with the special group rate for Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday at $149/night (plus taxes). The number of rooms at this rate are limited and expire on July 26th, so be sure to book early! You can also call the Hilton Central Reservations line directly at 1-800-236-1592 and reference the Morgan/Daacon Wedding, or group code MDW, in order to receive the group rate.

Staying at the Hilton is strongly encouraged, as its location is central to many of our events and we will be providing shuttle service to the ceremony/reception from the Hilton. If you choose to stay at another location, we suggest staying in the downtown area. Downtown Austin is very walkable with lots of great food, drinks, & entertainment within a short walk!

Getting Around Austin

Renting a car is not required. Downtown is walkable and there are many transportation options in Austin:

• Provided shuttle bus to ceremony (make sure you RSVP! Shuttle departs from Hilton @ 5:30pm; returns @ 11:00pm)
• CapMetro ($1.75 MetroAirport bus from ABIA to downtown)
• UBER, Lyft, taxi cabs, and pedicabs
• B-Cycle (bike rental)
• Car2Go and ZipCar (car sharing apps)
